ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF RECRUITMENT
Shall be selected on the basis that she will become the Vice President of Recruitment after officer installation in December, following her term as Assistant Vice President of Recruitment.
Shall serve on the Panhellenic Recruitment Team as a disaffiliated member of her chapter during specified times — summer and fall Recruitment.
Shall observe and assist the Vice President of Recruitment.
Must attend all Recruitment Team and may attend Recruitment Task Force Meetings.

EDUCATION DIRECTOR
Develop the Gamma Chi training and support needed with help from the AVPR.
Plan and coordinate the Gamma Chi retreat at the end of the summer.
Work with the VP of Administration to adhere to the budget for Gamma Chi retreat.
Serve as the primary resource for Gamma Chis during the Work Week and Recruitment.
Work with the AVPR to create educational materials, schedules, and expectations for Gamma Chis.
Ensure Gamma Chis are equipped to uphold Panhellenic values, recruitment policies, and support PNMs effectively.
Provide ongoing support and feedback to Gamma Chis throughout recruitment.

SPONSORSHIPS DIRECTOR
Oversee all Panhellenic recruitment sponsorships, including soliciting and securing new partners.
Work with the VP of Administration to set the assigned Gamma Chi sponsorship requirement for the year.
Ensure every Gamma Chi meets their assigned sponsorship requirement.
Manage relationships with current sponsors, ensuring contractual agreements and benefits are delivered.
Collaborate with the VPR and AVPR to determine sponsorship needs and opportunities.
Coordinate distribution of promotional materials, gifts, or sponsored items to PNMs or Gamma Chis.
Track sponsorship commitments, deadlines, and recognition throughout recruitment.
Create and order a sponsorship banner to be displayed during recruitment.
Ensure all sponsorship activity aligns with university and Panhellenic policies.

ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC RELATIONS & MARKETING
Works under the VP of PR & Marketing serving at the assistant level.
Attend occasional roundtables.
Shall serve on the Panhellenic Recruitment Team as a disaffiliated member of her chapter during specified times - summer and fall Recruitment.
Shall ensure the Panhellenic Council maintains a positive social media presence regarding the promotion of Recruitment in conjunction with the Vice President of PR and Marketing for the Panhellenic Council.
Shall be responsible for Panhellenic social media accounts in conjunction with the Vice President of PR and Marketing for the Panhellenic Council.
Shall assist in creating and publishing brochures and other promotional materials for the Panhellenic Council.

NEW MEMBER DIRECTOR
Works under the VP of New Member Development serving at the assistant level.
Attend and assist at all committee meetings.
Assists in the preparation for Bid Day, New Member Week, and New Member Orientation.

PHILANTHROPY DIRECTOR
Works under the VP of Philanthropy and Community Service serving at the assistant level.
Attend and assist at all committee meetings (biweekly) and philanthropy roundtables (monthly).
Assists in the preparation for Circle of Sisterhood Week and Sisterhood Showcase.
Assist in preparation of Trek or Circle of Sisterhood grant efforts.

RISK MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY DIRECTOR
Works under the VP of Internal Affairs serving at the assistant level.
Assists with the responsibilities of the Judicial Board.
Shall assist the Vice President of Internal Affairs with educational programming for events occurring during both National Hazing Prevention Week and Alcohol Awareness Week.
Plans events related to Health and Safety, including hazing prevention, healthy relationships, mental health, and safe tailgating.

ACCESS & ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Works under the VP of Member Engagement serving at the assistant level.
Creates educational material for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility.
Creates and presents on Bias Education as well as identity and privilege.
